My name is Arina. I am a qualified Personal Trainer ( EQF Level 4), Fitness Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor, and Kettelbell Trainer.
I aim to create a positive and fun experience for clients, using the best of my knowledge to help them achieve their goals.
Drawing on my sports background, I guide clients in reaching the milestones they’re striving for. Pushing myself to the limits is something that has made me who I am today. My passion is to teach the importance of proper movement and physical discipline so they can be the best version of themselves.
