If you are flexible with your training time and like a good discount, we offer Off Peak Rates Off peak rates are available Weekdays from 9am to 5pm

One-on-One ( 1 person )

Two-on-one ( 2 people )

If you work from home or your a stay at home mom take advantage of our Off-Peak training sessions. Train Monday, Tue, Wed, Thru & Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm for 30min sessions or 45min sessions.

Please note that the off peak only available in 12 sessions packages you must train a minimum 3 weekly. Excludes, initial assessment Small Groups, admin & credit card fees.
